The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sewing thread, yarn and fiber. It was incorporated in August of 2005 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Lebrija, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: spinning of yarn; manufacturing thread of any fiber; texturizing, throwing, twisting, and winding purchased yarn or manmade fiber filaments; and producing hemp yarn and further processing into rope or bags. It principally conducts its business operations within the country.
